Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan: Level 1 Grading Criteria with Joshua Craig
Pre-requisites: No previous experience is required to attend. This workshop is open to all participants!
Instructor Joshua Craig returns to Amsterdam to lead us through an exploration of the Basic Exercises.
Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan has 15 Basic Exercises, divided into two sections:
- Level 1: Basics 1-10
- Level 2: Basics 11-15
In this workshop we will review the key points of Basics 1-10, looking at the essential criteria for each exercise. If this is your first workshop, do not worry – you will be introduced the essential concepts, principles, and movements. In addition, this workshop will provide you with a complete home practice method.
Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan’s teaching methodology is very precise as it guides students though each stage of development. The grading process is not a formality, it is part of the teaching process itself. The grading process is designed to assist you in clarifying what you need to look at for your level of development. Being certified for a particular Student Level does not mean that you have mastered the material, rather that you recognize how to do the exercise and what you should be paying attention to. In addition to the physical elements of exam preparation, you will also prepare for questions regarding Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan’s History, Philosophy, Concepts, and Principles.
