Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan: Level 2 with Joshua Craig
Pre-requisites: No previous experience is required to attend. This workshop is open to all participants!
This Level 2 workshop is designed to present Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan’s Philosophy, Concepts and Principles and Level 2 curriculum.
Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan has 15 Basic Exercises, divided into two sections:
- Level 1: Basic Exercises 1-10
- Level 2: Basic Exercises 11-15
In this workshop we will review the key points of Basic Exercises 11-12. On each day we will focus on one Basic Exercise, including multiple solo and partner variations. At the end of the workshop we will review all exercises, with a special emphasis on the process of cultivating Mindfulness to expand Awareness.

Instructor Joshua Craig is a student of Grandmaster Sam F.S. Chin. He teaches Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan classes in New York City, as well as at workshops in various cities around the world, and at the annual summer camp in Poland.
Joshua will be returning to Emmaus throughout the year to present the Zhong Xin Dao program of basic exercises and home practice methods, so that participants may continue their exploration of these mind-body principles.
Workshops hours
Saturday, November 23rd: 12:30 pm – 7:30 pm (includes 1 hour break)
Sunday, November 24th: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (includes 1 hour break)
