Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan: Zhan Zhuang & Spinning Hands

Pre-requisites: No previous experience is required to attend. This workshop is open to all participants! All concepts and principles will be reviewed.

In this workshop you will experience how Relaxation, Gravity Force, and Alignment are maintained throughout the partner practice of Spinning Hands.The workshop is open to everyone, and it will be an extensive look into the first three of the Six Physical Points.

• Frontal Spinning Hands Cycles 1-8
