Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan: Foundation Skills & Applications with Daria Sergeeva
We are excited to be hosting Daria (Dasha) Sergeeva from Moscow! She is one of the highest ranked instructors in the world: I Liq Chuan Instructor Level 3, Student Level 9!
Dasha is an amazing ambassador for Grandmaster Sam Chin and his art of Zhong Xin Dao, and has been and inspiration for our own instructor.
Come join us for two special sessions with Dasha!
Workshop Schedule (Saturday & Sunday)
10am-1pm: Foundation Skills
Each morning, Dasha will lead us in learning to recognize the essential foundation skills for the practice of Zhong Xin Dao.
1pm-2pm: Lunch
2pm-5pm: Applications
Each afternoon, Dasha will introduce us to a variety of applications, highlighting both the principles involved, as well as the relationship to the foundation skills.
